Dr. Poornima Luthra (she/her) is the founder of TalentED Consultancy, where she brings 15 years of experience as a DEI researcher, educator and practitioner to shift mindsets towards inclusion.

She offers thought-provoking keynotes, bestselling books and practical workshops to drive positive change, empowering both individuals and organizations to embrace the transformative journey of DEI.

Poornima has received global recognition for her work, including being ranked one of the world’s 30 up-and-coming thinkers by Thinkers50. Most recently, her second book The Art of Active Allyship was recognised as one of the 10 best new management books of 2023. She is a regular contributor to Harvard Business Review on topics related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
